1.Watermelon and lemon juice
Preparation Time: 7 minutes

- Medium-sized watermelon cut into chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Blend the watermelon chunks in a juice maker or blender for 30 seconds until it’s fully blended.
- Strain the liquid with a strainer if the watermelon has seeds. But skip if the watermelon is seedless.
- Add lemon juice and sugar to the watermelon juice
- Serve ice in 4 cups and pour the juice over it
- Garnish with mint leaf, which is optional, and serve.
2. Black plum juice

- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1kg Black plums
- 1 teaspoon black salt

- Add the water to a pan and cook the Black plums for about 15 minutes on medium to high heat.
- Leave to cool, and remove the seeds.
- Blend the pulp.
- Add the plum pulp, salt, sugar, cumin powder, chilli powder, black salt and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Leave to cool completely.
- Get a cup, add ice cubes, lemon juice, black pepper and the plum concentrate.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves, and serve.
3. Citrus juice
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 small lemon
- 1 medium-sized lime
- 3 cups grape juice
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ medium-sized orange
- ½ small apple
- 3 cups sparkling water
Directions
- Slice the apple, lemon, lime, or orange thinly and pour inside a pitcher.
- Pour in the juice and mix very well.
- Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
- Add the sparkling water when you’re about to serve
- Serve over ice cubes.
4. Lavender and lemon juice
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup sugar, granulated
- 3 cups sparkling water, chilled
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried lavender, culinary grade
- Lavender sprig and lemon wedge (optional)

- Mix the sugar with the water and lavender in a pan and boil on low heat.
- Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove and set aside to cool
- Strain the lavender and pour the syrup into a pitcher

5. Blackberries drink

- 1 cup blackberries
- 4 tbsp honey
- 40 ounces sparkling lime water

- Mash the blackberries using a fork in the bottom of a glass.
